I certainly could teach all C versions, and maybe the ancient Fortran and Cobol we still used on VAX/VMS computers when I "found the geek in me", when studying.

One question that begs to be asked:

What label are you if you do not meet the criteria to be a fully fledged geek/nerd, or even a wannabe, (nor have any desire to be labelled as a geek or wannabe) yet still have latent geek tendencies that are not instantly obvious to the casual observer? :huh:

And once appropriately labelled, are we then to be shunned?

Only ones I don't qualify for are 5 and 6. 11 I partly do as I do network gaming quite a lot over LAN with friends. Number 6 only covers my netbook, too.

I don't know why they put web scripting doesn't count. I found server side scripting harder to learn than C, Java etc.

Though not as hard as assembly language.

If you're going to learn a programming language too, then have a look at Java. That's a very easy one to learn.
