I want to Copy & Rename, not Copy & Replace

When I drag a file into a folder that has a similarly named file, I am asked to either "Copy and Replace" or "Don't Copy".

I would love it if there was a third option "Copy and Rename". I would get so much done so much faster.

I'm hoping there is some kind of registry tweak I can do to get this working. Perhaps holding down a key while dragging the file over will open up more options. I hope there is a way.

(Specifically, I open Firefox, I get to a website, I drag the URL to a folder on my desktop for later reading. The next URL will have a similar "file name". When I drag it to the folder, thats when I run into a problem. If only Windows 7 would give me the option to "Copy and Rename".)

The copy and rename is the bottom option. "Copy, but keep both files"
However, what you are looking for has to do with Firefox, Firefox handles this differently.

Hello oxgt2e, welcome to Seven Forums!

That method will add a "number 2" to the moved file name. ;)
