please, my windowd partition (280gb) and system reserved partition (350mb) are both of type PRIMARY.. it s correct?
how can I change the system reserved partition in type of SYSTEM with diskpart?

this is old picture, system reserved and windows partition are Primary, it s ok?

You asked if it is ok that your system partition is primary, what I see is a volume called 'System Rese' which is NOT a partition.
You're missing the system partition.

Here is the partitions of my SSD and volume of my SSD and HDD.

Easiest way would be to wipe your hard drive and clean install after wiping.
