I know the new Dells ship with the Dell Dock (The Dell Dock, by Stardock : Powered by ObjectDock). I can't say I use it (I have always removed it ASAP), but that might work.

you can always use About RocketDock - RocketDock.com or Stardock ObjectDock

The Dell Dock is just a type of ObjectDock: Stardock ObjectDock
