Icons on taskbar becomes default

I have had this problem twice, on two installations. The shortcut icons from the program(exe-files) becomes the "default" one. F.ex. the Vuze(azureus.exe) icon in the folder has become default, but if I right-click->properties, the icon is there and everything seems to be fine, tho it is not.

Anyone else had the annoying problem?

I'm sorry to say that did not work. I even checked the folder to see if the bat-file deleted the right file, and yes it did. Still, after a reboot the file is back, but icon is still the default one.

Any more ideas?

Edit: Nvm, this fixed it.
