Icons on the Desktop

I made a domain wanted to edit the Desktop for the user so I want to add icons to the Desktop, the ones with no shortcut arrow on them, like User Folder etc...

I actually ment that I want the shortcut arrow but how do also add those icons for the desktop? As metioned in the picture
