Layback Bear, I tried install with trend micro off and again with trend micro and all firewalls off with no such luck, I think the last time I was troubleshooting this I tried in safe mode as well with no luck... would that negate your concern or is there something in the files that may have been manipulated by trend micro that turning it on or off would not do any good...?
