I have a client that can not start IE11, as soon as she starts IE a window pops up asking to choose her Internet options, such as default or Custom home page and search engine. You can select either of the two but when you click DONE IE is frozen and will no longer respond. Only way to close IE is to use Task manager. I have checked for Malware, Viruses, and uninstalled and reinstalled IE 11. The only thing I have found so far to resolve this is to uninstall MS update KB3175443 and that fixes the issue. Since this is a cumulative update is it a bad idea to hide this update and not installing it? Or any suggestion to fix this issue other than uninstalling this update? Thanks!
