IE 11 not saving Compatiblity View sites

Hi guys,

Has anyone come across this before?
I have a PC that will not keep compatibility view sites after a restart.
I have "Delete browsing history on exit" unticked and "Preserve website data" is also unticked but after the user restarts the sites are gone and have to be added again.
BTW the user has admin rights on the machine.

I "may" have found the issue. I noticed two entries of the users profile under User Accounts. I've added one of the sites and restarted the machine and it has stayed in the Compatibility View list.
I'll check with the user in the next day or two.

Ok I've had a look at the compatibility view list and it has removed the sites I added so removing the duplicate entry in User Accounts didn't work.
It should also be noted that a second user on the machine who logs under their own credentials is getting the same issue.
