Hello,

I have a problem with IE 10/11 on multiple computers.

When I launch IE 11 and open couple of tabs, close the window and reopen it, it reopens with the old tabs.
I tried closing each tab and then closing the main window, reopen it, and then all the tab reopen again.

I verified the configuration:

1 - I checked: Start with home page, Apply, and after restarting the browser, it goes back to: Start with tabs from last session.

I reset to defaults
I disabled all Add-ons
I reinstalled IE 11 with same issue
I uninstalled IE 11, IE 10 did the same thing.
I have run anti-virus full scan and Anti-Malware too. This is not a virus issue, but something else

Thanks for the help

I don't have AVG installed. I have had antivirus scan already, and this is happening on multiple machines with IE 10/11

Thanks!

AV=Anti Virus, not AVG
Farbar is not an AV scan, they do different things

Granted I didn't notice multiple machines. They probably have the same set of programs? Did you try a clean startup http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...ation-conflicts-performing-clean-startup.html
Are these a part of a domain or standalone?
Are the users standard or admin?
If clean startup fails, try uninstalling the AV.
Any other security software that would be interfering?

Thanks for the help
As has been mentioned, it sounds like security software preventing changes to IE's settings.
