Does anyone else have a problem with the scroll speed in IE 9?I'm using Win 7 64 bit.

The scroll speed seems extremely slow compared to chrome. I tried increasing the scroll speed of my logitech mx mouse but that only works on some site; other sites it scrolls 1/3 of the page which is very annoying.

Perhaps the "wheel" tab of Control Panel/Mouse properties will help since you can change the number of lines per notch of the scroll wheel.

Thanks for the replies. Yea I know I can change the scroll speed, but that only fixes IE 9. Other apps scroll at amazing speed afterwards. The problem is most prevalent when I open a PDF in IE 9 compared to chrome. I'm the only one with the problem? I did disable smooth scrolling since it bugged me. Is that why?

Smooth scrolling in IE9 bugs me too ,enabled or not makes no difference scrolling remains jerky.
I doubt it has anything to do with your problem if anything you'd expect smooth scrolling to be slower.

Personally, I see no reason to open a PDF in the browser. So I uncheck the option to display the PDF in the browser window using the preferences/options section of my PDF reader.

Alright, thank you for all the help! :) I'll just stick with chrome for now.

You need Firefox and Yet Another Smooth Scrolling extension if you want to experience super smooth and fast or slow as you could ever want scrolling.
