IE and Firefox crashed. Now...

My IE crashed and if I want to run it again a window pops up and says that IE doesn't work anymore. So I decided to se firefox. But now the same thing happened to FF. Now I can't surf on the Internet because both web browsers have don't work anymore.

What am I supposed to do now?

Same thing's been happening to me lately as well, did you try restarting your computer? That seemed to fix the problem at least temporarily at least for me, if not restart, and then try to re-install ie, or firefox, although in my personal experience firefox doesn't appear very compatible with win 7, although that might be because my computer's a piece of .........crap-.-
