I have an end user who accesses their PC from home using Cisco AnyConnect. They remote in, work on some documents, and then disconnect. When they come in the next morning they're unable to access the Internet via IE and they're also unable to print. However, they're still able to access network drives and I can ping things on the outside like google.com from their PC. It isn't until they restart that they're able to print and browse the Internet again. Their PC is setup with a static IP. Any thoughts on what could be causing the issue?

Some proxy setting perhaps. Check connections tab in Internet options before restarting the PC next day.
Maybe restarting corrects the issue as Group Policy is re-applied.
