IE Help/About - Details - Is this 64-bit?

When I click in HELP/ABOUT in IE 9 I get the following:-

"IE9 v.9.0.8112.16421
Product ID 03553-112-5462972-85083"

Do I have 64bit version ?

Short answer: No.

If Microsoft kept it the same as IE8, the bit version will be listed on the same line, and to the right of the IE version.

So in your case it would read, Version: 9.0.8112.16421 64-bit Edition.
Since you do not show that extra information I would say you have the 32-bit Edition installed.

You can, if you want to install the 64x edition, go to Internet Explorer - Web Browser for Microsoft Windows Open the Select your version drop down box, there you will see the option to select either the 32 or 64 bit versions, select the 64bit and download that.

No, but nearly everyone browses with a 32 bit browser. Right now, there is a beta version of Flash Player for 64-bit IE, but works slowly.
If you search 'Internet Explorer' 64-bit should come up, or another IE should come up.
