IE jumps

i installed The OS(win7 home premuim 32-bit) last weekend. had no prob with my IE but in the recent days when ever i wannted to open website, IE tabs started to reopen and close or jump in the way that i coudnt even type the address

thats the first time i face this problem

whats the problem ?

Hi there, open IE and go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Reset.
See if this fixes this issue.
