For a variety of reasons I switched from Firefox to IE11 four or five days ago.
I get frequent IE crashes when I search from the address bar (my default search engine is google); I do not crash from google.com searches. I've read elsewhere that google and IE don't play together very well.
Yesterday & today I got crashes at other sites as well, including the bing toolbar download page. I would think that IE and bing would be able to play together a bit better than google!
Does anyone know a fix for this or is it just one of those facts of life? Should I revert to IE 10? If so, any tricks to doing that?
