I'm pretty sure I have no idea what you mean,
If you haven't noticed I actually attempt to troubleshoot issues with Internet explorer,
I don't automatically refer people to use another browser which most people just say use Firefox and be done with it.
When ie11 is released through the windows update system it might be worth trying,
I have no issues with ie10/ net gain would be zero to use ie11 rtm.

i have ie 9 on windows 7, i did not like the way 10 installed, made my computers very slow, how does this version of 11 compare to ie 10?

Third party security suites have the most issues with ie10,
The same was true when ie9 was first released.
And is another reason people should wait for the final release,
With every new version there are browser and windows security improvements,

That was the problem I had with IE10. Avast free's Web Rep either interfered with IE10 or with WOT, causing IE10 to frequently crash and recover. I had to disable Web Rep. Also, IE10 wouldn't run on version 8.0.1483 when it came out shortly after I installed IE10 so I had to revert to the previous version of Avast free (there is a newer version out but I'm waiting until I run my weekly scans and make a new image of my C: drive before trying it).

The worst one was that most websites, having loaded, would only scroll about halfway and then simply stick. The only website I found which worked without problems for me was the BBC News site.

The uninstall took me straight back to IE10 which is working perfectly as it has always done.

Since I have no intention of installing Win8, I will stay with IE10 on Win7 64.

Some people think upgrading to a beta product will improve prior issues from another version,
Upgrading Never improves prior issues it just amplifies it,

I would love to see some examples, as this made me chuckle because I've never experienced this, or been asked for help because of a previous issue getting worse after an upgrade to a beta...

Because now they have further complicated the upgrading process by putting the beta product in the way so when the final release is issued now you have a beta possible conflict,

What conflict would that be? I haven't heard about this before, is there an article about it or something, 'cause I'd gladly read it considering I always (with the exception of IE11RP) upgrade to beta versions and they usually stick...

Since it was release and revealed here thanks to Shawn, I have been using it and have no more issues whatsoever. There's a slight improvement in loading Flash, especially on ScroogleTube, and the cold startup of the browser after the system boot is much faster.

I wonder how did he start with IE9 pre-installed. My memory is vague, but I don't recall IE9 being... idk, slipstreamed into an SP1 install or something.
Somehow I think the dude made his own Windows install disk and screwed something up in the process.

Bing really isn't much help in search results/ Go figure why
Yes most people make their own beds on how messed up their systems get/ junkware and all,
Even this sites Google search will bring up lots of errors from a simple little upgrading Internet explorer.
Answers.com get that stuff everyday,
Greg "Gregrocker" was saying this site gets more hits but Answers gets quite a bit it would be difficult for me to say this site gets more questions asked/ and still exclude many frills sections like this - Chill room.....

I don't care what it is, someone is going to say it sucks. You could have a perfect product, and still, you'll find a few that'll tell you it sucks.

Now there's no way I'm saying IE11 is a perfect product, it's not even final yet. And no... there are no perfect products, especially software! My point is someone will complain just to complain.... especially true if it's a Microsoft product.

And sorry, but the "it broke everything when I installed it" is a bit hard to swallow. Even some of the most ardent doubters here can't really believe that one... I hope

And yes.... I know there are legitimate complaints out there, especially where this is a preview, but some of them are just pure laughable FUD.

As for me (an everyday regular user), so far no issues with IE11, even in it's preview stage.

When first running Bing the search results on one incident(only one so far after 4yrs.) brought up a malware laced site(back in 2009) as the first site in the results themselves. Google known for adware sites and other things. And Yahoo very limited in results.

Answer.com better then Google and Yahoo combined but won't come up with the same number of results Bing will. Other then the one incident prior to the 2010 introduction to better security and web filtering I usually find what I am looking for on Bing without problem.

As for IE 11 itself beta testing has begun here since IE for some time now has been the secondary browser in use. So far 11 is holding up under the initial stress test of having several IE windows open without it stalling! This has been a factor since IE 8 while I still miss the separate search text window requiring the first on the Favorite bar being Bing.

When previously having IE 8, 9 just replaced now again by 11 preview, and briefly 10 while that was still in beta each version would tend to stop responding when multiple windows were open even following a clean install of Windows ruling out any registry errors. 10 seemed a bit lacking in the java runtine and other areas being beta then of course.

So far it has been responsive as you would expect any browser's fresh install and not running into any snags changing pages fast enough but not seemingly any faster then the WaterFox(64bit FireFox). I'm seeing average times.

Dudes! You MUST update your Flash to 11.8.800.175, like, right now! I noticed a STAGGERING improvement in loading ScroogleTube videos and basically a lot other Flash content across a variety of websites that embed ScroogleTube videos and more. It's practically INSTANT for me - I click the link, the page loads halfway and the video is already starting (halfway as in it doesn't even finish loading the thumbnails for other videos on the right hand side before the actual video I clicked on buffers and starts playing; there was always a few seconds of waiting before the latest Flash update for IE).

Still no joy with Yahoo Shine videos even with the 11.8 ... 175 version. User Agent string is the only temporary fix in my case.

Didn't know what "Yahoo Shine was but I just checked out a video there to see if IE11 would play it and I had no issue - Yahoo Shine - Women's Lifestyle | Healthy Living and Fashion Blogs And I hadn't even updated flash since installing IE11.

Perhaps your flash version is too old?

BTW this is the flash version I have - 11.8.800.168. Looks like I need to update mine.

some issues with displaying local sites like 127.0.0.1:9000 -- I've posted the solution in the Browsers section - but if you get Site cannot be displayed type of messages just either uncheck the enhanced security button in the security settings or add the web site to the trusted sites.

for the odd site that doesn't display flash video properly or just displays a blank (usually black) screen try pressing F12 a from within the screen and enable compatibility mode -- you need to do that per application each time unfortunately.

note - SKY GO doesn't work on IE11 because of SILVERLIGHT -paradoxically it works in CHROME even on Windows 8.1 !!!

(SKY GO / NETFLIX etc all work OK on IE10 BTW -- even on W8).

Upon arriving to the page there the video ran without issue. Didn't even need to open up the options>security tab allowing the try with only the defaults to prevail. I bounced around on YouTube a bit as well without any glitches seen.

Here's one track I ran into and clicked on out of the blue for a fast test and no hesitation. Tangerine Dream - Melrose - YouTube

What will happen sometimes is a bad connect to a particular page where just about any browser may stall. You go back a second time and all of a sudden it runs normal. Often the volume on a site or a dns server error creeps in.

See, the first time I ran IE11 after installing, Outlook.com wouldn't load and instead display a blank page, then go into "couldn't load this page"; but that only happened until I closed and reopened IE.

Also, is this the sky go you mentioned?



EDIT: I just figured out why opening the first instance of IE after system boot suddenly lags the browser like mad: Speckie isn't compatible with IE11 right now so I had to disable it; now IE loads immediately.
