IE9 - Cannot display Hotmail Signin Page

Hi,
Please assist me, as my IE9 will not display the Hotmail signin / login page (blank page). Tried various methods; delete the cache, reinstall IE9, etc....BTW, this happened after I uninstalled KIS 2011 from my PC.

Initially, the same problem with Firefox but managed to solved this by deleting all the certificates (Options>Advanced>Encryption). Firefox is now able to display the Hotmail Sigin Page.

Thanks. Does not work with IE9. Already tried that before I wrote for help here.

For the benefits of others:
This problem was solved by deleting some Kaspersky Lab folders (leftovers) in the registry. Everything OK now.

what folders or registry keys did you delete for kaspersky I have to some problem.
