Download procmon zip file / extract procmon.exe, double-click procmon to run (accept EULA), and it'll start logging as soon as it starts. Very quickly reproduce the issue, and then (again, as quickly as you are able) go back to the procmon window and choose File > Save to save the log (the default is native .pml file, which is preferred). That resulting .pml file can be zipped up and uploaded (either here or a filesharing site) for download/analysis.
