Hi i'm trying to build a custom PC for the very first time, and I need your guys opinion about it. The price range is 1200Euros the PC is ment for Gaming mostly.

What do you think about this custom build, I really need your guys opinion if this is good or if some changes need to be made.
I think the build looks OK, but I do agree with the SSD and I would go for the AX or HX 750 (760 is the newer model if that matters to you.) instead of the one you chose. It will cost more but you'll be glad you did. Unless I am mistaken, the B85 boards are not overclockable so no need to pay more for a K series CPU. Either get a Z97 board and a K series chip or stick with the B85 and get a non K CPU.

Welcome to SF. Tell us what case you'll be using and do you plan to overclock or do you want a better cooling solution then the stock intel?
I'm also a bit underwhelmed with the mobo so tells if you have a mobo size and price limit in mind.

I'd skip the 700 series now that the GTX 980's and 970's are out. Also, like essenbe said, get a Z97 motherboard if you plan on overclocking a K series CPU. Oh, and yeah......an SSD is a must have anymore.

I would stay away from the 760s; I've seen a lot of reports of the Corsair Link hardware and software on the 760s being temperamental at best. I would also recommend the AX over the HX because it is fully modular (all the cables can be disconnected at the PSU) which will make replacing the PSU much easier than if one has to replace it at a later date. The Corsair AX750 is an excellent PSU (it's the one I chose for my new case) and has a seven year warranty (just make sure you don't remove any of the labels to avoid voiding the warranty). The PSU is one of the most important components in a computer. A cheap one is far more likely to fail and destroy your MOBO, CPU, HDDs, etc. in the process.

Not really. When comparing AMD CPUs to Intels based on actual performance (not number of cores), the Intels don't cost much, if any, more than the AMDs. About the only thing I can say in favor of AMDs are they run cooler (but, then again, that's because they are lower performance).

Yes, compared to an Intel with the same performance specs (again, not the same number cores; AMD CPUs usually need more cores than Intels to get the same performance).

Where a budget is forcing a choice then the savings of a AMD CPU to add the difference back a faster GPU would make perfect sense!

If one can afford a 780 or 980 I'm thinking the price difference between a AMD and Intel cpu shouldn't be a problem.
I also recommend the AX series power supplies. A modular power supply is a must to me.
Once one uses one they will never go back to the old style of all those unused cables hanging all over the place.
Now one has to decide whether they going to over clock or not.
Because if one decides they are going to over clock it's a new ball game.
Cases, power supplies, case fans, cpu and gpu cooling have to be reconsidered for the job at hand.
I like to start off with knowing what exactly the computer is going to be use for and a good idea of how much money one is willing to spend.
Knowing those things I'm sure are fellow members can come up with some great build ideas.
