I'm not connected to the internet, except that I should be.

As you can see it says I'm connected to the internet, but I'm not. Troubleshooting doesn't work.

This used to happen about twice every month, but ever since I've replaced my old Motorola modem and Belkin router with a new combined one (an Arris Surf Board), it's been occurring about every other day. Works fine when restarted, and will sometimes be fixed if I wait.

It doesn't say you're connected to the internet; it says you're connected to your router. So it sounds like an issue with the new router. Maybe it wasn't set up correctly? Maybe you need to reinstall some drivers?
