Solved imageres.dll is missing and not allowing startup

So I was attempting to get a custom welcome screen by myself (I did not know about any 3rd party programs at the time), and I ended up taking imageres.dll out of the System32 folder.

Now when ever I want to start up at all, whether in safe mode or not, I am presented with a black screen. It just says "Windows 7 Home Premium" on the bottom, the option to hibernate, restart, shutdown, etc. on the right, and a help button on the left which doesn't really help at all.

Hello I Got Cookies, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Ooops, that was one heck of a mistake.

See if running a sfc /scannow command at boot may be able to replace the system file for you.

If not, then you could do a system restore at boot using a restore point before you misplaced the system file.

I tried starting in command at boot and everything loads up with the command prompt, but then the black welcome screen appears. I will try restoring.

Edit: I did a samsung basic restore which restored the basic windows file without deleting anything, thanks man.
