Solved images not displaying in outlook when moved to pst

Since a few days, when I move an email message from gmail imap to a local outlook folder, it shows only the link adresses instead of the images. When I move it back to imap the images are still gone. The original imap message in outlook shows all images perfectly well. Any ideas? I've been moving messages between imap and local folders for years without problems. So a format like the one with the picture below turns into the one with only the links.
