Hi I have a question regarding the Power Consumption on the GPU alone.
I want to know that turning on V-Sync and a using a lower Display Resolution reduces the Power Draw on the GPU (Less Power = Less Heat)
Suppose there are 2 identical PC's with same specs except the Display Resolution of the Monitors! 1 Monitor have 1600x900 while the other one is 1920x1080 and lets say they both have a high-end GPU like GTX 980 in each.
So running a game 1 Monitor on 1600x900 with V-Synce ON and the other on 1920x1080 with V-Sync OFF so the one that is running lower resolution with v-sync on will it reduce the power consumption on the GPU??
