Impulse Install Error

Hi,

I have been trying to install Impulse but have been encountering the following error that aborts the installation process.

Error
Error getting file security: C:\users\Laughingman\Desktop\
GetLastError: 5


Is this a problem with impulse not supporting/blocking the install on Windows7, as Ive heard they block some games from windows 7, or is this an unrelated error that needs a different fix?

Where are you trying to install this to, and did you upgrade or clean install your WIndows 7?

I am just trying to install to the default C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Impulse but I have also tried installing it to other directories and this also has the exact same error message. I upgraded my Windows 7 to answer your second question. Thanks for any help.
