Hello there, I have a problem with my graphics. In all games, it can't show textures correctly. I had format a week ago, and installed latest graphic driver. My graphic card is Radeon HD 4550, reinstalled drivers and tried again, but still have that problem. In every game this problem there. Do you have any ideas, how it could be? (There is photos below) (I have Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit on my computer)

It looks to me that your graphics card is dying on you. It's either a bad fan, or the hardware is finally going dead. Or it could be a bad GPU slot. It's one of the 3. I suggest getting your PC tested. Either that or buying a new piece of hardware, because you'll most likely have to.

I've had this happen to me once. I had a Ge-Force TI4600 for roughly 5 years, and it was giving me big time problems similar to yours near the end, and it was because the fan pretty much gave up and died in the GPU. I was getting the same problem as you were.

Edit: I suggest testing your graphics card (or even look at the fan in the graphics card to see if it even works right.)
