Is it safe to add this to the system.ini file ??
[30000Enh]
LoadLocalHigh=1
ConservativeSwapfileUsage=1

It should increase the RAM performance is that right ??

It won't hurt anything, but it certainly won't help anything either. If it was that easy to increase Windows performance, don't you think Microsoft would have made these settings the default settings?

system.ini is not used on Windows 7...its not even used on Windows XP...
So no, it won't do a darn thing. The only thing system.ini is for, is old applications like DOS.
Heck, on Windows x64, old DOS 16-bit applications are gone.
