Increased refreshrate during CS:GO

Hello guys so I play a lot of CS:GO and I have it set up to play in 4:3 1024x768 (Since I've always played 4:3 for fps games although it gives no real advantage) and my monitor supports 75hz refresh rate at this resolution, but I was wondering is it possible to set it to run at 75hz at 1024x768 only while playing cs:go as like a profile or something?

Mostly most games will, but I don't play too much Source games anymore
