Sorry if this question has been asked before.

How do I enlarge the font size of the menu bar
of Cliqz, Internet Explorer, and Pale Moon?

I think there is no way of enlarging the font size of the menu from within the browser. This question has been asked before and there is no answer.

You may be able to achieve the desired effect by personalising Windows Appearance instead.

To personalise Windows Appearance See this tutorial Window Color and Appearance - Change - Windows 7 Help Forums . Follow Option 2) Steps 1, 2 and steps 7 a, 7 b and 7 c.
In step 7 b. under Select a Item choose Menu as the item you wish to modify.

NOTE: Recommended changes will affect all menus in programs that have menus.
