It looks like you have disabled the index. Double check using the tutorial below to make sure that the Windows Search service is enabled and set to be "Started" and "Automatic".

Run the Search and Indexing Troubleshooter: Troubleshooting - Windows 7 Forums
Next run a full scan with Malwarebytes.
Then run SFC /SCANNOW Command.
Turn off the Windows Search Service in Control Panel>Programs and Features>http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/5023-windows-features-turn-off.html. Reboot the PC and then turn it back on.
Report back results.
