I am running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and don't remember having this problem on my system in days gone by, but in recent days (certainly the last month or so) I have noticed that when I want to hyperlink URLs in Outlook, Word and other Office products, the Insert Hyperlink dialog take a long time to populate folders.
I rarely actually use the folder list, as I am just pasting URL text into the Address box, but I cannot paste until the folder list has populated.
The dialog is looking in My Documents by default and displaying folders from the Current Folder. This has become REALLY ANNOYING! Why would this be taking so long?
