install ACS (Azure Code Sign)

Hi, I have a problem relating to a Windows 7 patch, in order to use a certain software I should install the ACS (Azure Code Sign) certificate which from what I know is included in this update Microsoft Support -au/topic/kb5022661-windows-support-for-the-azure-code-signing-program-4b505a31-fa1e-4ea6-85dd-6630229e8ef4 but I don't know how to do it
Can anyone help me?Thank you

KB5006743 is part of the Extended Security Update (ESU). As you probably don't have bought the ESU it wont install.

Try Single file with all updates - Simplix
