Install IE11

Win7 64 bit SP1 Home Premium

After reinstalling Win7 64 bit through the upgrade option (without reformatting the hard drive) per Fred Langa of Windows Secrets instructions, I ended up with IE8.
I have attempted to upgrade to IE11 without success.

That would be normal on an old installer but not the error

Hi Doru,
lookin at the specs for your comp it came with W7, why the RE-install??, or was that from W7 to W7 SP1, strange !!!.
