Installed 7 Now Picture is Stretched NEED HELP!!

I just installed windows 7 on my Hp laptop its a HP Pavilion dv9000 (GL889UA#ABL)
It had Windows vista Premium, but now everything is stretched and it doesnt show my original graphics card. which I know was a Nvidia Gefore something (not sure which on, need help with that to)

So what is the problem and what can i do?

Please help!!!

Have you tried windows update, that usually finds it too.

I actually solved the problem, just had to install some updates and it fixed its self.....
