installed a new grapics card, now 2nd moninter keeps flicking

hello, mostly what the title says. i keeps flicking, i never ran in to this probelm before, so how do i deal with it.

Could you post your system spec's please. It would help us help you if we know more about your system.
power supply?
motherboard
cpu
memory
graphic card you used to have and the one you upgraded to.

Whe you installed the drivers for your new card. Did you uninstall the od drivers or install over the top?
Are both monitors the same resolution?

4 GBs
geforce GT 430 dd3 1gb. The one i have installed is ATI Radeon HD 4600 1GB

flicking monitor is 1400 X 900 main one is 1080P

Sorry for more questions but the more info you give. the easier it will be for anyone to help.
Is it only the second monitor thats flickering?
Have you tried the second monitor on its own to make sure its not the monitor at fault?
How are the monitors connected? VGA /Dvi cable, adapter?
when you changed the card did you uninstall the old Nvidia drivers?
