Installed CC 9.9 and Kaboom!(Cant Change Resolution..)

i download and installed Cataclyst 9.9(with drivers) and now i just change resolution to settings you see in the picture.."philips 190vw lcd monitor, iceq 4 turbo hd4850 512mb 256bit graphic card." i dont understand where i did wrong :sarc: i uninstall all cc and ati software but nothing changed here is the ss..

Do you game? (steam mainly) i got 9.9 for my AGP card and it works fine but steam says F^^^ YOU. Anyways, uninstall ALL that crap. and just Manually install the driver for your card, that is if you know how to.

i did everything. uninstall , download and install everything but nothing changed :cry:
