Solved Installed one bad theme and now all of my themes are windows classic

So I downloaded this theme Static + Static Polished + Static Mango by snipes2 on DeviantArt and then I applied the theme, and then it went to windows classic all of a sudden, so I was like this isn't right, so then I tried switching the theme back to the one that I liked, but no dice, it stayed in classic mode. The only theme that works is the default windows 7 aero theme. I installed the UxCore thing the other day and it worked perfectly. Now all of a sudden this happens. Any help would be appreciated.

Just now, I tried to download that theme from the link you posted but it won't download at all.
I'll try again in a few minutes.....

Aww ok, well thank you for your efforts good sir. Appreciate it.

Switch to the default Aero theme then do the following.

Click on the Start Button type in Services In the search box and then click on Services


Scroll down until you see unsigned themes select it, click on the Stop text and let it stop after that, click on Start text and see if that works. Your screen may blink when you do this.

Jerry, I do not see any "unsigned themes" entry in my list of services. I can try restarting the Themes service, see if that'll do anything.

Update: Nope, that didn't help me.
