installed updates v/s history

i have installed many updates which are shown in updates history tab but installed updates showes no updates installed in this computer please solve my problem

as reply of my problem received by me i downlode file reset_windows_update_full.bat and run it afterwards update window shows update error 80073712 please help

Pleasefollow the WindowsUpdate Posting Instructions and postthe requested data



If thefile is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files untilthe final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately afterzipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for anumber of reasons)



Pleasealso post the C:\Windows\windowsudpate.log file

as instruction received by me i have downlode system update readiness tools 32 bit and run it but no change took place my problem remains as it is update window shows error code 80073712 please help.

EDIT Forget the above. I have just found your other posts on this exact same problem. It really doesn't help to duplicate a post in different forums. It is against the Forum rules anyway. You do not appear to have taken the advice previously given! Please stick to just one thread
