Installed Windows 7 on a laptop, would like drivers.

I have installed Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 on my Toshiba Satellite P50-C and it lacks drivers. There are no drivers for Windows 7 and I need help. I can't access the Internet nor have Aero glass.
