Hi guys, hope somebody could help me with this, I've installed the RTM for Windows 7 build 7600 x64, Windows automatically assigned the driver for my 9800GT video card, there's no problem with the display but it lacks the Nvidia Control Panel, w/c I really need.

I've rushed to the nearest download center of Nvidia and downloaded the newest driver compatible with windows 7, actual file I've downloaded is: 190.38_desktop_win7_winvista_64bit_english_whql

It took certain amount of time to install but after a bit(around the middle of the progress of the actual drivers installing) the dialog for Physix appeared asking me for language preference. Chose 'English' then the progress bar whized by and the 'Finished' screen appears with the message: "The system was not modified please, tried installing it again later", being a good boy, I tried installing it again , but the same error appears.

Hope somebody could shed some light to this, many thanks!
