Solved installing Vista to VMware player

I have 2 computers...
one is running Vista, and the other one is running Win 7.
Both are OEM versions. Both I have the iso files and bootable DVDs.

On the Win 7, I have installed VMware player 4.0.4

Question :
Am I allowed to install my Vista into the VMware while the same is running in a laptop ?
Will I be breaking the EUA aggreement ?

Why I asked this strange question ?
I am thinking of using my 6 years old Vista computer for the Windows 8 Pro, but I do not want to give up a paid for Vista license.

That was a stupid question.
Of course I will be breaking EUA policy.
OEM product key cannot be used elsewhere but the hardware it comes with.
What was I thinking.

Hello t-4-2,

You will only be able to use the product key number to activate one installation at a time. No multiple activations with the same key are allowed.

Since it is a OEM Vista, you will not be able to use the product key number to activate it on any other computer/VM than it was first activated on.
