Installing Windows 10 from Windows 7 non-genuine, PC factory reset ok?

My Acer Desktop PC says that the Windows 7 installed is not genuine, the message saying it is not genuine often pops up and also shows a black screen.

I have wanted to install to Windows 10 for a week now but I need to know if maybe factory resetting my PC to a new PC, would that restore my Windows 7 non-genuine to genuine or would I need to buy a fully licensed Windows 7 and then hopefully upgrade to Windows 10?

Any suggestions or help would be fully appreciated thanks in advance!

Follow the advice in the sticky at the top of this forum,.
and post the requested files

Note you should have a sticker on the side of your tower with a validation code on it
