Installing Windows 7 64bit from USB - error 0xc0000001

I am trying to install window 7 from a usb. It get to the loading windows files screen but right after that i get the 0xc0000001 error. Failed to load winload.exe.
Motherboard - ASUS A8AE-LE
Hard Drive - Wester Digital IDE
DDR PC3200
AMD Athlon 64 (939 chip)

I've tried 3 different Flash Drives, 5 different Hard Drive. Cant load from CD/DVD drive because when I boot the system with the CD/DVD drive installed i get the Blue screen of death.

Euh, try to use a other windows 7 installation iso to make your USB.

With this tool i have never had a problem, windows 8 works with this too .

I've used that. the diskpart tool, and universal USB Installer (Universal USB Installer – Easy as 1 2 3 | USB Pen Drive Linux)

Strange and you get a BSOD by using the CD-drive. I think that there is something wrong with your BIOS. is the latest bios version?

Follow the steps given here, same as for retail: Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

If it fails again using the official ISO with USB download tool then wipe the HD first with Diskpart Clean Command from installer's System Recovery Options Command line.

I cant update the BIOS because i cant get into any OS. Even when trying to boot off of a windows recovery disk that doesn't have an OS on it. Tried booting into Ubuntu and got a different error. I tried boot to the USB with no HD installed and still got an error. The only thing i can do is get into the bios.

A faulty RAM can also give out this error.

If you have more than one stick, try with one at a time.

If one is faulty, the error will repeat.

Reset the BIOS to defaults: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

While in BIOS setup set HD drive to boot first, Save settings, reboot.

Now try booting the Win7 installer using the one time BIOS Boot Menu key under USB, Removable or HD's.

Do you have another computer in your house that works? if so, download/make the ISO again, and use a piece of software called win2flash, works an absolute treat, but the free version does have ads on it, but this won't affect the overall outcome.

I've tried using RAM from another system that is working, and tried one slot at a time. still got the error.
I reset the CMOS, still got the error
I reset the CMOS, Set the boot device to my USB, and then tried every RAM slot (one at a time) with a RAM stick that i verified is working in another machine.
STILL get this error.

You need RAM spec'd carefully for that machine, not some from another machine.

Install the correct RAM for that machine then test RAM - Test with Memtest86+ for 5-6 passes.

You have a Hardware problem. Simple if when you install a DVD drive and you get a BSOD during the install it is a Hardware problem. RAM more then likely.
