intall x64 in vpc_sp1 host x86

Hello,

Was trying to install 64bit version of se7en to a vm where the host is 32 bit, and recieved error, the cpu doesn't support this configuration.

Is it possible to install a 64 bit to a vm running on a 32 bit host?

Host OS: XP MCE2005- 32bit

VPC 2007 SP1

CPU: Q6600

Guest OS: Se7en- 64bit

i dont think so cause its still checking the cpu on the install of the OS onto the VM drive. In fact Virtual PC wont install on a computer with a CPU that doesnt do virtualization, I ran into this problem on a pentium 4 3.4 with HT. Thinking the hyperthreading technology would work or be the same. The only way i could add to this windows 7 machine was by installing Virtual PC 2007 Beta 1 which came out in may 2009 also.
