i have an HP pavilion m6-1045dx laptop with the specs:
intel i5-3210M processor
8gb ram
windows 7 64bit OS

obviously, i have an intel centrino wirless N-2230 as the wireless NIC. a few days ago my hard drive failed and needed repair, i managed to replace the hard drive but came a long this problem. whenever i would play my PC game (league of legends), my ping would register at 800-2200 pms i need help.

note: the wirless NIC worked perfectly fine with prior to the hard drive crash other than dropping the network when there's too much users on the router.

If your router is dropping network when there's too much users, it might be overheating or overloaded and that your Wireless NIC might not be the problem at all. Playing 3D games that require online multiplayer is very demanding for a router that is not "high performance" capable. It might be the case where the router is overloaded when someone is playing an online multiplayer 3D game while others are streaming HD or using a Skype call VOIP all at the same time. You can try unplugging your router for 30 seconds and plugging it back in and see if ping spikes are gone.

yeah but before the HDD failure it was working fine so im wondering if the wireless NIC is faulty or it has something to do with the wireless driver because ive uninstalled and reinstalled the driver several times i even replaced it with a different wireless card of the same model

Let's see your WiFi driver by opening command prompt as administrator and typing netsh wlan show driver

It should look something like this below:
