Intermitent, Graphic card is slowing down

Hello James

Not yet. I was quite busy lattely, so I did not had chance to go deeper.

It could be a driver problem or a memory allocation failure. When it occured, I unplug the dvi LCD cable from the PC. All windows are then replaced over the others 3 open monitors. I then reinstall the cable and replace the windows to their appropriate screen and the problem is resolve for few hours.

I had to do this operation 3 time today

Hope to get some free time over the weekend to resolve that

Martin

Hello alishathomaz. Thanks for your input

-System not overclocked, nor the GPU
- Heat sink verify and OK
- Paste was put on CPU when installed
- Heat sink fins are cleaned frequently
- Side cover removed on my system, plenty air get in and out

I will test my system temp.

What I found strange is the problem is momentary resolve when I removed the DVI cable for few seconds, then re-install it
