Intermittent BSoD on startup, Multiple errors

This has been a long-running issue that I've just lived with, and it's only gotten worse.

Whenever I start my computer up or reboot it for any reason, there is a chance that it will BSoD during startup, usually during or after the windows logo is displayed on the splash screen. The reason I decided to post about this is it's getting worse, and this time, the BSoD was preceded by some sketchy graphical anomaly, a panic and pressing the restart button. The BSoD normally has just a 'normal' stop error, this time however there was a second line that I couldn't catch. I ran dm log collector and have attached the .zip it generated, if anyone needs further information to solve this issue, I'll gladly provide it.

Edit and update: The graphics card seems to be on the way out. I've had this issue with it before, where it get these artifacts on the screen and they persist through restarts. Previously it started while playing Elite Dangerous. The screen would lock up and give me odd lines, squares and static. I'll upload a picture of what they look like after a restart. The last time this happened I managed to fight my way through blind and reinstall the graphics drivers. Not sure if it's related to the BSoD but posting its presence for symptom purposes as it just happened moments ago.

Interesting, I'm not sure. I'm running MSE and it's up to date. I do some hosting on my computer for games such as Minecraft, Unturned and Kerbal Space Program(Dark Multiplayer) but with it out of commission, I can close those ports. Let me see if I can get back on my computer without the graphical issue. If it's persisting I'll most likely be unsuccessful. I'll respond shortly as an edit if there's no following response to this.

Edit: Seem's I'm unable to run windows for more than a minute before the monitors freak out. Attached are the offending artifacts. Following that, the monitors went black and the computer became unresponsive.

Ok, so another update as I work this out. Running DM Log collector again, will upload that here, hopefully with a crash log in it this time. So far the above graphical issue has not happened again, so I'm trying to hurry here and get this posted before it does. Scanning with MSE, full scan. Checking for graphics card updates, though I seem to be having issues with connectivity to the NVidia servers or something. Some random squares just popped up for a second and went away as I typed that last sentence.

Currently in safe mode with networking. Here are the chaotic events so far;
During my last post I was installing a single non critical windows update, as well as attempting to scan with MSE. The update finished and required a restart. I reopened my browser to check here when the screens started doing that crazy thing again. They went black and I was forced to restart. There was then a cycle of restarts and BSoDs with lots of graphical issues. During which time I was able to get into BIOS. My wife found a post on her computer about one of the errors the BSoD produced involving etronxhci.sys and discovered that it had something to do with USB 3.0 extendable host controller. The post suggested disabling usb 3.0 in BIOS, so we did that as well as disabling its driver(once we got back into windows) to get back into windows. Once I was able to get into safe mode, I removed and updated the graphics driver through device manager, this is where I disabled the USB extensible host controller driver. After restarting I was able to get into windows 'normally' with minimal resolution and colors, I opened device manager again and found that the graphics adapter had a status of "Windows has stopped this device because it had reported problems. Code:43". I removed the driver completely and restarted windows to try and get an update from Windows Update to restore the driver. I was able to get into windows with no problems for a short while, then the same graphical issues came back. I pressed the reset button to boot into safe mode with networking again, and here I am Posting about it. I've run the log collector again in hopes that during that long period of cycling BSoDs, errors and restarts something will be in the logs about what exactly just exploded. I'm also running MSE here for a full scan as that was unable to finish. This whole time posting this I have limited resolution and colors as well as a very glitchy and broken display with strange lines that jump as I move the mouse and type. I'm sorry for the repeated(and probably incoherent) posts but I'm kinda one eyed in the dark right now.

Edit: I've managed to get my graphics sorted for the time being, and all is a little calmer. Maybe I can start getting to the original issue now. I've dug into the minidump folder, found that I didn't have permission, gave myself permission and separately zipped the three dump files that were in there, which I will now upload so someone more educated in this that I can troubleshoot exactly why my computer decided cancer was in this year.

So here's an update from yesterday. MSE finished running in safe mode with networking, came back with nothing. I assume then that means there is no infection. After the scan finished, I restarted and tried to get back into windows as stated in my last edit, went well. Not long after though, the same graphical funkiness popped up. Restarting my computer resulted in the loop of BSoD, lockup, reboot, BSoD, all while seeing those lines and artifacts on every screen except the BIOS splash screen.
