Bought custom rig from value builder (Learned my lesson).
asus m4n68t-m v2
amd phenomII x6 1055t 2.8ghz
8gb (2x4) corsair 1600 ddr3 ram (Also tried 8gb kingston 1600 stick did nothing)
Samsung 840 128gb ssd (Also tried 120gb intel drive no difference)
was using win7homex64 now win7ultimatex64
nvidia gtx550ti

have reinstalled multiple times
have used driver max and manually updated all drivers, as well as leaving all driver stock
have swapped hard drive and ram
run memtest86 with no errors

I am left with the conclusion that there is a stack error but I cannot read minidumps.

Will attach minidumps I pray for help otherwise imma but a new barebones, may do that anyway but this will delay me getting a new ps4 (First world problems, I know)

seriously this has had me pulling hair and weeping. Machine currently works but ALL applications have a 10-20 second delay before working, opening browser, opening file explorer, opening a song etc which is strange behavior.

You have enabled Driver verifier. The Driver verifier enabled BSOD is catching some ASUS bloatware causing troubles.

I'd recommend you to http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219576-clean-up-factory-bloatware.html, with a special reference to Point #13
13. Consider a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which is often better than getting a new computer considering how pre-installed bloatware can corrupt Windows 7 even if it's completely cleaned up.
Also, a lot of 4E BSODs with the hints of various elements crashing .... how long have you run memtest? Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Also, try to update the BIOS to version 0902 dated 2011.08.05 from ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download M4N68T-M LE V2. Your present BIOS is ...
Code:
BiosVersion = 0501
BiosReleaseDate = 08/03/2010
Let us know the results.

Not an informative reply. What do you expect to happen? As the BIOS is old and there is newer version available, you should upgrade it. It provides some better functionality.

If you expected that BIOS update will make your computer's performance normal even with DV enabled, then it is a lol :D
Driver Verifier puts a stress on the installed drivers. So it makes the system slow and laggy on purpose. Before enabling Driver Verifier, you need to read the instructions carefully; and dont enable driver verifier at will.

Anyway, let us know for any further issue. :)
