This is the issue: Two days ago I was going to add my flat mates new wifi canon printer. Firstly I used supplied installation cd, but it could not find it. After few attempts I took the cd out and was going to do it through Add New Printer/device wizard. While searching for the printer it cut off the internet, not the LAN connection just internet connection. Ive met up with this issue before and I thought to myself it'll be easy to fix it. But after checking all the setting resetting modem and all, changing SSID and password etc. it still did not work. Also I had found out all pcs in the house have got same problem. I tried to connect via ethernet cable, but still nothing. We are connected via sky wifi modem, there is ADSL filter in line, although there's no landline. I called sky that day they said, to my surpise, they know what fault it is and that they are going to send a technician. He came today chceked everything and left. I was not there but my flat mated called me and asked me for a new password I changed on tue. Guess what the same problem persists. He also mentioned that when the tech connected his "thing" (laptop or tablet I guess) it worked. If anyone could help please
