Internet connection error

Hi all
Im having issues now trying to connect to internet

Im getting a pop up saying

"RunDLL
there was a problem starting
C \windows\system32\nvHOtkey.dll
The specified module could not be found"

Can any one help.

Im using my iphone to put the message on here.

I have a alienware mx18 laptop.

Which Antivirus are you using ? I would Download Malwarebytes and do a full scan .. You might have an Infection ..

I got mc afee and malwarebytes. I did a scan few days ago it destroyed alot of files

May i suggest you Uninstall McAfee using the Uninstall tool ..

this is strange
now i can get online with my main account on my laptop.
i have 2 screen names. the one i can get on the wifi is my main account which i type in my admin password. dnt know why it not recongnising my other account. i still getting the error though

Did you turn off the Nvidia services ?
